CODACORD declares Nov 11th their own election

Members of the Conference of Development Area Coordinators (CODACORD) in Imo state have vowed to showcase the true meaning of leadership by example during the forthcoming

Coordinating Chairman of the Imo State Development Area Coordinators, High Chief Emeka Matthew Nwaogu in his welcome address told the audience that appointment of Development Coordinators is an outstanding administrative tonic governor Uzodinma made showing that examples in Leadership are better than Precepts .

Chief Nwaogu who is the Development Area Cordinator for Nneoha Oru , Oru-East Local government Council stated that his group initiated the programme as critical support organ for the November I1th Imo guber elections while recorgnising People that has supported them in discharging their functions.

The organising committee chairman , whom many acknowledge to be an outstanding Political tactician , Dr. Eli Dibia in his own submission disclosed that members of the CODACORD are in the ballot as contestestants for the guber race and therefore would not leave any stone unturned in ensuring the success of their Principal , distinguished Senator Hope Uzodimma. 

He noted with satisfaction accomplishments of the governor in various sectors of Imo Economy which he said is unprecedented. 

“Is it Education , with Securing conversion of Alvan Ikoku Federal College to a Federal University of Education, Turning FMC. Owerri to a Federal University Teaching Hospital for FUTO, School of midwifrey and Nursing Sciences Aboh Mbaise, or the global feat of Dredging of Oguta/ Orashi River through the Atlantic ocean which is Poised to create employments for Imo Youths? “, he asked.

It was a nite to remember as the Obowo born Political Strategist told the Crowd that any zone that produces the highest Votes at Nov. 11th. 2023 Imo guber elections will be supported to Produce Successor to governor Uzodinma in 2027.

He challenged Owerri and Okigwe zones to be sincerely Committed in the task ahead for the Imo Charter of Equity to work. He asserted that Sen. Athan Achonu, or Send. Achonu Sen . Sam Daddy Anyanwu are no match to Senator Hope Uzodinma. 

These truism were adopted by Secretary of the organising committee Hon Chief Odessey Obioha, Coordinator for Amiri Oru Oru-East Local government Council as well as Hon Nze R. A . Egole from Orsu and Prince Chika Onyemem from Oru North Dev Center with Hon Acho Ashiegbu from Okigwe.

Chief Ifeanyi Oruh ,SA to the governor on Rural Developments, Hon Barrister Victor Murako , chairman of Fiscal responsibility Commission, High Chief Longers Anyanwu, High Chief Charles Ijezie current Solad of Onuimo LGA, Chief Mrs Ruby Emele the Mama CODACORD and current hon. Commissioner for Local government and chieftaincy matters and others.
