The ingenuity displayed when you co-founded Orlu Senatorial Consultative Assembly .(OSCA ) many decades ago with Hon.Chief G. Dibe (Iyi Umuna) as Vice Chairman with our own pragmatic People’s governor second Vice Chairman are manifest in the Strategic and Cohesive efforts that made OSCA Leverage on the collective strength that navigated on complexities of governance with policy making in the Eastern heartland.
As a Scion of Dibe dynasty , my Prayers are that you reenact and uphold the sagarcity for a more United , Peaceful and Progressive Southern Nigeria.
